Lyengar inspired, mixed ability yoga which aims to improve your balance, strength and alignment. Focusing on different parts of the body each week, you will notice an improvement in your physical and mental well-being in a short space of time. All you’ll require is a mat, supportive prop i.e. pillow/cushion/rolled up scarf or blanket and a quiet spot in your home.

It's important to realise that everyone is feeling nervous whatever their age, and everybody is trying to find their way around this new experience. Making contact with other students, mature or otherwise, will help you feel more involved in student life and open the doors to other opportunities.
