Join us for a series of student led yoga classes where we will explore different relaxation techniques, playing with affirmations and solidify the mind-body connection. As winter is considered a yin season, sessions will begin with a focus on Yin yoga – a slow and restorative form of yoga that releases deeply stored physical and emotional tension.

Classes are suitable for everyone so get your cosy clothes on, bring yourself and your housemates, and get ready to relax with these weekly yoga flows!

  • bottle of water
  • a blanket/yoga mat
  • a pillow/couch cushion
  • a yoga block (optional, if you have one)
  • essential oils (optional, if you have them)
