Low-hi impact exercise – you choose! Combinations of basic dance and kickboxing choreography alongside HIIT for those who want that little bit extra. Get your body moving and your heart pumping! You’ll need a well-ventilated space, comfortable clothing, trainers, water and plenty of energy (gym mat optional).
